SCHEDULE
Tuesday 7-8:30pm - 2 games/night
February 14, 2022 - April 18, 2023
Foote Field (11601 68 Avenue)

The schedule for each night will be as follows

• 7:00-7:10 - Warm Up
• 7:10-7:45 - Game 1
• 7:45-7:55 - Break
• 7:55-8:30 - Game 2

TEAMS
Given the number of players, we have made up 4 Teams.
Please bring a dark and white jersey each night - home team wears dark, away team wears light. Bring both jerseys each night in case you need to switch colors.

SPIRIT OF THE GAME (SotG)
Spirit of the Game is at the heart of Ultimate and is a defining characteristic of the sport. With no referees, Ultimate relies on Spirit of the Game, placing the onus of spirited and honorable play on the players themselves. See the EUPA Spirit Policy for further details. Any questions or concerns related to a team's spirit can be directed to spirit@eupa.ca.

FORMAT & RULES
The format of the league is

• 2022-2023 USA Ultimate Official Rules with modifications for number of players, ratio, format, and field size
• 4v4 mixed ultimate on a 35x20 field, with 3 yard end zones
• Gender ratio to be determined by registrations and team Ambassadors/Captains
• Speed point with subs on the fly
  • Ambassadors/Captains can flex into other formats if agreed upon

SUBS
If you will miss a night of play, please communicate that with your team either in person or through the RAMP App and look for a sub to take your place. Note that subs should be of a similar playing level to the player they are replacing and MUST have a valid EUPA membership to play as per the EUPA Sub Policy.
