The Coaches for this league are Rishigan Manilall, Justin Keough and Hugh Murat, and any on site questions and concerns can be directed to the Coach.
FORMAT
The ultimate league will consist of throwing practice, offense and defense training, and scrimmages.
Please bring a dark and white shirt so teams can be easily made.

Spirit of the Game is at the heart of Ultimate and is a defining characteristic of the sport.
