Looking for a fun and active way to keep your kids moving this winter? Join our Ultimate Frisbee Winter Programs at Foote Field from 7:00 -8:30pm.

We will be running a similar format as last year with U14s on Tuesday nights and the U19s on Friday nights.

There is no experience necessary and we welcome all skill levels. We have incredible coaches ready to help players learn and grow! Whether your child is new to the sport or looking to sharpen their skills, we’ve got a spot for them.

Here's what’s happening:
📍 Foote Field (Rec Leagues)

Tuesday 5v5
Tuesday Capital Women’s League (CWL) — with Compete and Train & Play streams
New Friday 5v5

📍 Commonwealth Fieldhouse (Rec+ League)

Thursday 4v4 Rec+

We’re introducing a sliding scale payment model for CWL. Players can choose to pay full price, or receive a 25% or 50% discount. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to play.
