Adult Rec vs. Adult Rec+ Leagues

While our Rec leagues are open to all levels of players, our Rec+ leagues are geared towards our more competitively minded players, who are looking for a higher intensity experience.  If you have questions about which league is most suitable for the experience you are looking for, contact programcoordinator@eupa.ca. 

November Shoulder Season Scramble

• Who: This program is targeted towards all adult and experienced youth players. Players will be combined to form balanced teams each night
• When: Tuesday or Thursday Nights 8:00-9:30 (4 weeks) - Tuesdays on November the 5th, 12th and 19th, Thursday on the 28th
• Where: Commonwealth Community Rec Centre (11000 Stadium Rd NW) - Field House
• Format: Pickup style games, 6v6, 5v5 or 4v4, depending on the number of participants
• Cost: $40.00 to purchase the Shoulder Season Bundle for all four game nights, or pay 15.00/night onsite to participate 
  • Last day to purchase for the Bundle is 10pm - Tuesday, November 12, 2024
  • A valid 2025 Membership ($10) is required to participate

Winter Session 1 Tuesday 5v5 Rec League 

• Who: This league is targeted towards recreational players. No experience is required, everyone is welcome. The minimum age for this program is 18.
• When: Tuesdays - December 3- February 11, no games December 24 & 31 (9 Weeks) - 7:00-8:30pm
• Where: Foote Field (11601 68 Ave NW)
• Format: 
  • 5v5 on a 65x20 field with 12 yard endzones
  • Standard with subs on the fly
• Cost: $135.00 + GST
  • Early Bird Price - Save $13.00 by registering on or before Friday, October 18, 2024
  • Stall 9 Price - Avoid paying a $13.00 fee by registering on or before Wednesday, November 20, 2024
  • A valid 2025 Membership ($10) is required to register in this league
• Registration Options: Individual & Pod

  • You will be placed on a team
• Pods:  
  • During registration indicate your pod-mates
  • Pods of up to 5 players allowed (player + 4 pod mates)
  • Pods must include both Femme+ and Masc+ players and must include no more than 66% players of one gender

Winter Session 1 Friday 6v6 Rec League

• Who: This league is targeted towards recreational players. No experience is required, everyone is welcome. The minimum age for this program is 18.
• When: Friday - December 6 - February 14, no games December 27 (10 weeks) - 7:00-8:30pm
• Where: Foote Field (11601 68 Ave NW)
• Format: 
  • 6v6 on 100x30 field with 15 yard end zones
  • Standard with subs on the fly
• Cost: $150.00 + GST
  • Early Bird Price - Save $15.00 by registering on or before Friday, October 18, 2024
  • Stall 9 Price - Avoid paying a $15.00 fee by registering on or before Wednesday, November 20, 2024

Winter Session 1 Thursday 4v4 Rec+ League

• Who: This league is targeted towards our recreation plus audience and players will be placed on teams to create closely matched games. The pace of this league is higher than in our recreational leagues.
• When: Thursday - December 12- February 13, no games December 26 (9 Weeks) - 7:00-8:30pm or 8:00-9:30pm
• Where: Commonwealth Community Rec Centre (11000 Stadium Rd NW) - Field House
• Format: 
  • 4v4 on a 20x35 field with 3 yard end zones
  • Speed point with subs on the fly
  • Captains can flex into other formats if agreed upon
• Cost: $135.00 + GST $90.00 + GST

• Who: This league is targeted towards our F+ audience and players will be placed on teams to create closely matched games. The pace of this league will depend on the players registered.
• When: Tuesdays - December 3- February 11, no games December 24 & 31 (9 Weeks) - 8:30-10:00pm
• Where: Foote Field (11601 68 Ave NW)
• Format: 
  • 4v4 on a 20x35 field with 3 yard end zones
  • Speed point with subs on the fly
  • Captains can flex into other formats if agreed upon
