From December to April we have leagues running at every level and age 10 and up!

Adult Rec vs. Adult Rec+ Leagues

While our Rec leagues are open to all levels of players, our Rec+ leagues are geared towards our more competitively minded players, who are looking for a higher intensity experience.  If you have questions about which league is most suitable for the experience you are looking for, contact admin@eupa.ca. 

Fall Monday 6v6 Rec League 

• Who: This league is targeted towards recreational players. No experience is required, everyone is welcome. The minimum age for this program is 18.
• When: Mondays - September 2-October 21 (8 Weeks) - 7:00-9:00pm
• Where: Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW)
• Format: 
  • 6v6 on 100x30 field with 15 yard end zones
  • Pulls and subbing between points
• Cost: $80.00 + GST
  • Early Bird Price - Save $8.00 when you register on or before Wednesday, July 31, 2024
  • Stall 9 Price - Avoid paying a $8.00 fee by registering on or before Wednesday, August 21, 2024
  • A valid 2024 Membership ($10) is required to register in this league
• Registration Options: Individual & Pod
• Individual
  • You will be placed on a team
• Pods:  
  • During registration indicate your pod-mates
  • Pods of up to 6 players allowed (player + 5 pod mates)
  • Pods must include both Femme+ and Masc+ players and must include no more than 66% players of one gender

Fall Wednesday 5v5 Rec League

• Who: This league is targeted towards recreational players. No experience is required, everyone is welcome. The minimum age for this program is 18.
• When: Wednesday - September 4-October 16 (7 weeks) - 7:00-9:00pm
• Where: Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW)
• Format: 
  • 5v5 on a 65x20 field with 12 yard endzones
  • Standard with subs on the fly
• Cost: $70.00 + GST
  • Early Bird Price - Save $7.00 when you register on or before Wednesday July 31
  • Stall 9 Price - Avoid paying a $7.00 fee by registering on or before Tuesday, August 20
  • A valid 2024 Membership ($10) is required to register in this league
• Registration Options: Individual & Pod
• Individual
  • You will be placed on a team
• Pods:  
  • During registration indicate your pod-mates
  • Pods of up to 5 players allowed (player + 4 pod mates)
  • Pods must include both Femme+ and Masc+ players and must include no more than 66% players of one gender.

Registration closes: 10pm - Wednesday August 28, 2024

Fall Monday 4v4 Rec+ League

• Who: This league is targeted towards our recreation plus audience and players will be placed on teams to create closely matched games. The pace of this league is higher than in our recreational leagues.
• When: Monday - September 2-October 21 (8 weeks) - 7:00-9:00pm
• Where: Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW)
• Format: 
  • 4v4 on a 20x35 field with 3 yard end zones
  • Speed point with subs on the fly
  • Captains can flex into other formats if agreed upon
• Cost: $80.00 + GST
  • Early Bird Price - Save $8.00 when you register on or before Wednesday July 31
  • Stall 9 Price - Avoid paying a $8.00 fee by registering on or before Tuesday, August 20
  • A valid 2024 Membership ($10) is required to register in this league
• Registration Options: Individual & Pod
• Individual
  • You will be placed on a team
• Pods:  
  • Pods of up to 3 players allowed (player + 2 pod mates)
  • Pods must include no more than 66% Masc+ players.
