SCHEDULE

Mondays, 7:00-9:00pm

September 2 to October 21 (8 weeks)

Mill Woods Turf (6904 23 Ave NW) 

The schedule for each night will be as follows

• 7:00-7:10 - Warm Up
• 7:10-8:00 - Game 1
• 8:00-8:10 - Break
• 8:10-9:00 - Game 2

LEAGUE FORMAT

• 4v4 on a 20x35 field, with 3 yard end zones
• Speed point with subs on the fly
• Captains can flex into other formats if agreed upon

TEAMS

There will be 4 teams in this league

Please bring a dark and white jersey each night - home team wears dark, away team wears light. Please bring both jerseys each night in case you need to switch colors.

The Captain for the teams will lead the teams in this league and help foster the spirit of the game!
If you have questions about the league format or any other concerns, the League Director, Cameron Tomlinson, will be on-site to help with any challenges that arise.

SUBS

If you will miss a night of play, please communicate that with your team either in person or through the RAMP App. Subs can easily be found on the EUPA Community Slack #subs channel. Any players looking to sub in the league can fill out this Sub Form.
Subs must have a valid EUPA membership to play as per the EUPA Sub Policy.
